Beautiful Basalt Rock Formations in Spain  — Los Organos located on the island of La Gomera in the northern coast of Peru, about 15 minutes from Mancora. These beautiful rock formations are considered as one of the most beautiful basalt rocks in the Canary Islands. Slender cliffs rise from the sea to a height of 800 m and a width of 200 m reach Columns resemble organ pipes, so they are called Los Organos. This - the remains of vast masses of lava once powerful volcano. As the lava cooled and crystallized it into a hex string. Over time, due to erosion of the rocks turned into works of art. Since the rocks cool down to the sea, the only way to look at the Los Organos in all their power - to take a boat tour.

Giant Redwood Trees - These giant redwood trees grow to an average height of 60 meters but can actually reach heights of over 100 meters. “Hyperion”, the tallest redwood, is 115.5 meters tall and can be found in the Redwood National Park near San Francisco. Interestingly, a subspecies of this group does not grow as tall but instead expands in width, growing very large diameter shafts. “General Sherman” is the widest of this subspecies with a diameter or 11.1 meters.

Extraordinary River in Costa Rica (10 pics)

Celeste - A Extraordinary River with Tturquoise Color — Nahoditsya this extraordinary river in the Tenorio National Park, Costa Rica. The waters of the river are painted in a rich turquoise color. This phenomenon is related to volcanic activity in the region. Sulfur and calcium carbonate interact with each other give the water a unique color.
